Privacy at a glance

1. Introduction

Technoware Games ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Android application Fake Call – Call Me Now (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App, how that information is used, where it is stored, which third-party services are involved, and the choices available to you.

This Privacy Policy is a notice about data practices. It does not give the App permission to access information that Android has not separately authorised.

2. About the App

The App is an entertainment application that lets you create simulated incoming-call experiences. Depending on the version installed, features may include:

The App does not make real calls and does not access real contacts, real call logs, phone-state information, or telecom services.

3. Age Requirement

The App is intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us at mudassir25.zaidi@gmail.com.

4. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information may be created or selected by you and stored locally in the App's private storage:

Information Purpose Typical storage
Caller name Display the chosen caller identity App-private local database
Fictional phone number and country code Display the chosen caller number App-private local database
Caller photo or bundled avatar selection Display a caller image App-private internal files and/or local database reference
Voice-message text Speak the message after the simulated call is answered App-private local database
Language and voice preference Control pronunciation and voice selection App-private local database or preferences
Schedule date, time, and time zone Trigger a user-created scheduled call App-private local database
Call appearance and effects Apply the selected theme, ringtone, vibration, or flash options App-private local database or preferences
Simulated-call status or history Show upcoming, completed, missed, or cancelled simulated calls App-private local database
Tutorial and interface preferences Remember onboarding and interface choices App-private preferences

This user-created content is used only to provide App functionality. Technoware Games does not operate a backend that receives or stores this content.

Photos you select

When you select a photo, the App accesses only the image you choose through the Android system picker or gallery flow. The App may copy and resize the selected image for use as a caller picture. The original image is not modified by the App.

Voice processing

Voice messages are generated using the text-to-speech engine installed or selected on your device. The App does not record your microphone. Some text-to-speech engines may use online processing depending on your device settings and selected voice; any such processing is controlled by the provider of that text-to-speech engine.

The App is supported by advertising and uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share data such as:

Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Technoware Games may receive aggregated advertising reports, but does not receive the caller details, selected photos, schedules, or voice-message text you create in the App.

Google's handling of data is governed by its own policies:

6. Information the App Does Not Access

The App is designed not to request or access:

Google AdMob may infer a general area from your IP address for advertising and related purposes. This is different from the App requesting GPS or precise location permission.

7. Android Permissions and Special Access

The permissions and special access shown on your device may vary by Android version, device manufacturer, and the features you enable.

Permission or access Why it may be used When requested or used
Internet and network state Load ads, privacy messages, and consent status Used when network services are available
Advertising ID Support advertising and ad measurement through Google Mobile Ads Controlled by Android, Google services, consent choices, and App configuration
Notifications Show scheduled-call and call-session notifications Requested contextually on supported Android versions
Exact alarm access Attempt to trigger a user-scheduled call at the selected time Requested only when scheduling requires exact timing and the system supports it
Full-screen notification access Present a high-priority incoming-call-style screen where Android permits it Subject to Android settings and Google Play policy; the App should fall back gracefully when unavailable
Camera Control the rear flashlight for the optional flash-blink effect Requested only when you enable the flash feature
Vibration Vibrate during the simulated incoming call Used only when vibration is enabled
Boot completed Restore eligible pending schedules after device restart Used for locally stored pending schedules
Foreground service / media playback Maintain user-visible ringtone or voice playback during an active simulated-call session Used only while the related session is active

The camera permission is used only for torch control. The App does not use it to capture photos or videos.

You can review or revoke permissions through Android Settings → Apps → Fake Call – Call Me Now → Permissions. Some capabilities, such as exact alarms and full-screen notifications, may appear under Special app access rather than the normal permission list.

8. How Information Is Used

Local information is used to:

Advertising-related information is processed by Google and its partners to provide, measure, personalise where permitted, secure, and improve advertisements.

9. Data Storage, Security, and Backups

Local security

Caller data and App preferences are stored in Android app-private storage. Android normally prevents other apps from directly accessing this storage. The App also uses HTTPS/TLS for supported network requests made by advertising and consent SDKs.

No security method can guarantee absolute protection. You are responsible for securing access to your device and avoiding the use of real or sensitive personal information in fictional caller profiles.

Android backup and device transfer

Depending on the App configuration and your Android or Google backup settings, some app-private data may be included in an encrypted device backup or transferred to another device. Technoware Games does not receive or control the content of those backups.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Local caller profiles, schedules, photos, preferences, and simulated-call history remain on your device until you delete them, clear the App's storage, or uninstall the App.

You can generally remove local data by:

Deleting or uninstalling the App removes its active local storage from the device. Previously created Android or Google backups may be handled according to your device and account backup settings.

Advertising information processed by Google is retained according to Google's own retention policies and user controls.

11. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

Used to display banner, app-open, interstitial, or other ad formats included in the production build. Ad formats must match the version actually published.

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

Used to obtain and manage advertising privacy choices where required. A privacy message is shown only when required by the configured region, legal framework, and Google settings. Where available, you can revisit your choices through the App's Ad privacy options or equivalent settings entry.

Device text-to-speech engine

Used to convert your prepared message into speech. Processing may be offline or online depending on the engine and voice you choose. The text-to-speech provider's privacy terms apply to any processing performed by that provider.

Used to let you choose a caller photo. The App receives access only to the image you select through the relevant system flow.

12. Advertising Choices

Depending on your region and device settings, you may be able to:

The exact wording and availability of these options depend on your Android version, region, Google services, and consent configuration.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Privacy rights vary by location. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain information about the processing of personal data.

Because Technoware Games does not receive or maintain your locally created caller content, most controls over that content are exercised directly on your device by editing or deleting App data. Requests relating to data processed independently by Google should be directed through Google's privacy controls or policies.

EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where applicable, you may withdraw advertising consent or change privacy choices through the in-App privacy options. You may also have rights under the GDPR or equivalent local law.

California and other U.S. states

Technoware Games does not sell the caller details, photos, schedules, or voice-message text stored locally in the App. Some advertising activity may be treated as "sharing" or targeted advertising under certain state laws. Available privacy choices are provided through the App's consent or privacy-options flow and Google's controls.

To submit a privacy question or request, contact us at mudassir25.zaidi@gmail.com.

14. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a Technoware Games server because the App does not provide an account or developer-operated backend for caller content.

If you believe a child has interacted with the App in a way that raises a privacy concern, contact us at mudassir25.zaidi@gmail.com.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App, Android requirements, Google Play policies, third-party SDKs, or applicable law. When we make changes, we will update the Last updated date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or through the Google Play listing.
